Not only am I seeing positive changes in my body, but his great personality has helped trigger my focus on my workouts, and utilize the gym as an outlet to help deal with anxiety. His attention to detail when training has taught me more in these few weeks than the past two years since I started my fitness journey. I moved further from the pharr gym but am willing to make the drive because of great people like him at this gym.
