  Hello,
  
  I am a business professional who booked a stay at the Knight's Inn, a Wyndham Hotel chain, in Pharr Texas for 16 consecutive knights starting on the 20th of July, 2014.
  
  Probably won't ever stay here again. They advertised "Hot Breakfast." They advertised a rate online which I took partly because the advertise a hot breakfast--NOT a Continental breakfast. I get here, they debited the entire amount for the 16 days and then proceeded to tell me that because I booked for 16 days, that I did not deserve the Hot Breakfast. I have a handicap and also chose this place thinking they could support my needs and accomodate me.
  
  I was astounded that they can advertise on a huge banner "Hot Breakfast," sell me 16 days online, and then have the audacity to say I do not get a hot breakfast that they advertise and would need to settle for the cereal that makes up their "Continental Breakfast.
  
  I have reported this to the Wyndham chain. I wanted to make sure that this is reported and my concerns addressed. I feel this is a "Bait and Switch." I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the local Chamber of Commerce, Yelp, and other media services.
